Prolong the Muscle Pump!

In our quest of finding ways to increase muscle size and strength through the use of
bodybuilding supplements combined with proper nutrition and a well designed weight training program, we have found a bodybuilding supplement that can significantly stack the odds of success in your favor for creating muscle growth.

The bodybuilding supplement we are referring to is a Nitric Oxide Stimulator.

First a little background is in order. Let us begin, we know that a muscle will grow (hypertrophy) in direct response to intense training. And that muscle growth is very much dependent on protein synthesis. So while bodybuilding is the catalyst for your muscles to grow, there must be an adequate amount of the right type of nutrition, that is, one that is high in protein. In addition, the consumption must be timed to maximize the muscle growth potential. A muscle that is well fed will grow! By increasing blood flow to a muscle during exercise you will bring in more oxygen and nutrients...

How to select a Personal Trainer
by Phyllis Frost

When selecting a personal trainer the most important thing is their certification. This will insure that you are working
with a professional who can provide you with a safe and effective program. It is important to find out which association they are certified with. Look for a nationally recognized association like A.C.E. (America Council on Exercise), Can Fit Pros, or the A.C.S.M. (American College of Sports Medicine) just to name a few.
There are many companies that will "certify" someone, that does not mean that they are accredited. Find out if the trainer participates in continuing education through conferences and workshops.....

Do you remember what it was like when you first began weight training or bodybuilding? Do you remember looking for info in all the wrong places? Or reading bodybuilding magazines and looking for some
simplicity, hoping someone or something would say, "Here is the way to bodily excellence"? No such luck, right? There was about as much chance of finding a common thread of knowledge in the bodybuilding magazines as there in reading a science fiction book. This is exactly the reason we'd like you to read through our weight training, nutrition, bodybuilding sections.

Myth #1: You can lose fat from specific parts of your body by exercising those spots.
Truth: There is no such thing as "spot reduction". When you exercise, you use energy produced
by burning fat in all parts of your body - not just around the muscles that are doing most of the work. In fact, your genes may dictate where that fat disappears from, say, your face or arms before your belly, even if you do endless abdominal exercises. However, working a specific region like the belly can have a benefit: Strengthening the muscles can make you look thinner by helping you hold in your gut.
